Return and refund conditions:
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and refund.
Items must be returned in their original, unused and undamaged condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
Return procedure:
Contact our customer service at dougan73.ng@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Follow the instructions provided by our team to return the item.

Refund :
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within [number of days] business days.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same return procedure. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will send you the replacement product.
Defective or damaged items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at dougan73.ng@gmail.com with photos of the item and details of the problem. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
